Roy T. Benjamin, founder of Electronic Commerce Engineering, has spent over 16 years in customer service, sales and product service. He has worked both "one on one" with customers and in management guiding these departments.

Over the last 25 years, he worked for one of the nations largest Telecommunications Companies managing multi-million dollar telecommunications projects and later managing the company's engineering and operations nationwide.

He was Vice President of Engineering and Operations for a regional Cellular Telephone Company responsible for design, construction, operation and maintenance of the cellular system infrastructure. He also enhanced the business operations devising and implementing many systems that reduced staffing requirements while increasing staff efficiency resulting in reduced costs and improved profitability.

He was also the President of an Electronic Equipment Manufacturing company that designed, developed, marketed and distributed innovative "high tech" products throughout the U.S. and 17 other countries. The primary product focus was to increase the efficiency and profitability of telecommunications service providers by providing them advanced statistical information about their operation and a system of information feedback control to maintain high quality and maximum throughput.

Mr. Benjamin has broad business experience and has developed a highly effective marketing system that allows companies to reduce their traditional marketing expense and reinvest these savings in extremely effective targeted marketing resources using cutting edge technology that can produce extraordinary results.

Mr. Benjamin is a certified e-commerce consultant, certified by the Institute of Certified E-Commerce Consultants and an AIS Media Premier eBusiness Solutions Provider. His formal training is in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. His marketing expertise comes from first hand experience and an intense auto didactic program spanning over 20 years.
